Cogword Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Cogword app, made by DevXcellence LLC.

License

Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, together with the terms below.

Cogword Club

Cogword Club is an optional purchase that unlocks the archive of past locks, includes all hints and reveals, removes ads, and provides a monthly streak saver. It is offered as:

• a monthly subscription,
• a yearly subscription, which may include a free trial for new subscribers, and
• a one-time lifetime purchase.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, any unused part is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Fair use

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, modify or redistribute the app or its puzzles, artwork or characters.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, DevXcellence LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
